Club season 2023-2024
Volleyball is the #1 youth sport for female athletes in the country! If you wish to play volleyball at the next level, then training and playing on a club team will help you achieve your goals to improve your skills, make your school team, or play collegiate volleyball.
At 1 United, we have a few different levels for players to compete in. At the highest level, our teams will compete with the top teams in the country at the National Championships. Our coaches have experience coaching players and teams at different ages and skill levels.
The Club Season is from approximately November through the end of April. The top teams that qualify for the National Championships will continue through the end of June. Teams practice 2 times per week (once for metro teams) and play in 8-10 tournaments locally and/or nationally. All dues include everything you need to play for the season except for your USAV or AAU Membership.

STEP 1: Pre-tryout Clinic
- From now until July 8th
- Get to know the coaches and club and them know you
- Sign up for the age you turn after July 1st, 2023
STEP 2: Tryouts
- July 8-10th
- Participate in Tryouts
- Receive an offer to play for a team and coach
STEP 3: Accept and Sign
- July 11th (Signing Day)
- Officially accept an offer to play for a team
- Sign paperwork and pay deposit
- Attend the Signing Party! (info coming)
NATIONAL TEAMS ELITE TEAMS REGIONAL TEAMS
Commitment Level -Primary Sport
-Expect to qualify and will attend USAV or AAU Nationals
-Plays on school team (MS/Freshman A team, JV, or Varsity)
-Plan to play collegiate volleyball
-Participates in extra training (clinics, lessons)-Primary Sport
-Goal to qualify and attend Nationals
-Goal to make school volleyball teams
-Goal to make a National team next year
-Goal is development
-Participates in extra training (clinics, lessons)-Primary or secondary sport
-Works with schedule, no travel
