Welcome to 1 United, where we provide a system of learning volleyball that has expanded to another level. A system to train next generation champions. Come check out why our younger club teams (10s-12s) are ranked among the best in DFW and the country!
Whether you are brand new to the sport or you are wanting to develop your volleyball skills, 1 United is your home for volleyball training.
The goal of the program is to develop a strong foundation of fundamentals in serving, hitting, setting, passing and ball control. In addition to these skills, players must learn proper volleyball posture, movement, and body control.
Our training for athletes 5 – 12 is divided into the 2 training programs:
Fun 1s (1st – 3rd grade) and Next 1s (4th-6th grade)
What to bring when you come:
- Hair tie – to put your hair up
- Water (closed container water bottle, labeled with name)
- Athletic clothes and shoes
- Great ATTITUDE for LEARNING!

FUN 1s
For 1st – 3rd graders, the Fun 1s program is for young boys and girls just starting to learn the sport and fundamental skills.
We use a blend of high-energy, maximum touches, with experienced coaches to drive skill development along with fun. We believe when kids are having fun and excited to be there, they learn faster and and are able to reach deep learning where the magic happens.
The Fun One’s (ages 5 – 8) program teaches your child the basic skills so they can progress to more advanced levels more quickly.
NEXT 1s
If you are an athlete that has not played club yet, but have played some volleyball (including FUN 1s or recreational leagues) and you are interested in moving from recreation/competitive into Club Volleyball teams, or just interested in improving your volleyball skills, this is a perfect place for kids (ages 8-12).
Our coaches have high success rates in helping athletes transition into club programs and preparing players to compete for spots on school teams. These sessions are concentrated on the skills that help increase your options of making a team.
