Coach Kelle has extensive coaching experience at both the high school and club volleyball levels and has demonstrated success in developing talent and training championship teams. As a high school assistant coach she contributed to a Kansas State 5A State Championship for Manhattan High School. She is Gold Medal Squared certified and has coached club volleyball in Georgia, Kansas, and now in the North Texas region for the last 8 years where her teams have qualified for nationals each year and she has many developed many athletes playing collegiately.

Kelle is formerly the Associate Director of Athletic Academic Services at TCU. She has prepared hundreds of student-athletes for recruiting, academic eligibility, and success as collegiate student-athletes and life behind college. Kelle now provides organizational strategic development, executive and leadership coaching, and consulting. 

Kelle was an accomplished multi-sport athlete in the state of Nebraska, being recruited collegiately for both volleyball and basketball. She was a USAV Nationals All-Tournament Team selection in volleyball and was the Gatorade Player of the Year and a top 60 Blue Chip recruit for basketball. Choosing to pursue college volleyball, she became a 1st Team All-Big 12 and All-Region middle blocker for Kansas State University. Kelle is still on the all-time leaderboard for K-State in hitting percentage, kills, blocks and aces. A 4-year starter and two time team captain, she helped transform a team who was a consistently at the bottom of the Big we and led her team to its first NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 appearance in school history. Kelle also played professionally for the Grand Rapids Force in the United States Professional Volleyball League (USPV). 

Coach Kelle is married and has three daughters, two of which play volleyball, Kennedy (20) and Aria (10). Her oldest daughter, Kennedy, was an NJCAA All-American last year and will be playing at Western Colorado University this fall.
