Brandon’s mission as a coach is to be a role model for his players and instill core values that will stay with them long after their time in Volleyball is done.  His coaching philosophy is simply about who you are and how you carry yourself day in and day out that makes you a champion.  If you pride yourself on doing things the correct way at home, in school and in life then Volleyball will be natural for you as a player and you will see the successes you strive for.  

Everyone experiences Failure in life, but when you view the term FAIL as your First Attempt In Learning then you will always be a success in all that you set your mind to.
