Nicole Chalfant fell in love with volleyball at age 13 after growing up as a multi-sport athlete. She played club volleyball through high school, continued recreational play in college, and later discovered beach volleyball. I’m passionate about helping athletes develop into not only exceptional volleyball players but confident, disciplined, and supportive young women.
Nicole brings six years of coaching experience and is dedicated to teaching athletes to work hard, challenge themselves, and be strong teammates on and off the court. She has qualified Excel 18W Boys and Excel 16W Girls and is excited to coach a team with both a passion for the game and a fun, competitive spirit. My coaching philosophy centers on fostering a culture of hard work, self-challenge, and mutual respect, where athletes push themselves while uplifting one another.
Nicole graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Psychology and now works as a Senior Account Executive in the staffing and recruiting industry. She lives in North Dallas with her two dogs, and in her free time, you’ll likely find her playing sand volleyball, at a country concert, or planning her next travel adventure.
