Kennedy Kelly believes that growth and improvement should be fun, energetic, and something athletes genuinely look forward to. I want practice to be a place players are excited to be—music is a must! She focuses on creating a positive environment where effort, attitude, and enjoyment fuel development.

This is Kennedy’s first year coaching, and she brings enthusiasm and passion into every session. My philosophy is simple: focus on what you can control—your attitude and effort—and the rest will follow. Her approach encourages athletes to work hard, stay confident, and enjoy the process of getting better.

As a player, Kennedy competed collegiately at Butler Community College and Western Colorado University. Her accomplishments include being a two-time First-Team All-Conference NJCAA All-American, earning First-Team All-Western Junior College Association Conference honors, and receiving multiple weekly honors in 2022, including NJCAA Offensive Player of the Week, three-time Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Player of the Week, and recognition by Volleyball Magazine. She was also named to the Butler Community College Dean’s List in 2022.
