Rojeen Naseri “Coach Ro” brings a balanced and energetic approach to coaching, valuing hard work and dedication while also creating an environment filled with fun and laughter. I believe athletes perform their best when they feel supported, challenged, and genuinely enjoy being on the court.

With nearly five years of coaching experience, Rojeen has worked with athletes ranging from ages 12 to 17. Known by her athletes as Coach Ro, she has over 10 years of playing experience, including at the collegiate level. I believe a strong work ethic can take you far—not only in sports, but in life—and my goal is to inspire athletes to continue pursuing what they love.

Rojeen’s coaching philosophy is heavily influenced by a quote from Urban Meyer: “A leader is someone who earns trust, sets a clear standard, and then equips and inspires people to meet that standard.” She strives to lead “above the line,” modeling accountability, trust, and consistency while empowering athletes to meet and exceed high expectations both on and off the court.
