Our Mission
1 United Volleyball club is committed to serving youth athletes of all levels. We strive to be a leader in training players to have fundamentally sound volleyball skills, compete at the highest levels, and to embody our core values. The values of hard work, commitment, accountability, teamwork, and leadership. Not only do we believe in building athletes, we believe in building character.
To successfully train the skills required to be an elite volleyball player, our goal is to provide a safe and positive learning environment led by an experienced coaching staff. Whether you are new to the sport or a top collegiate recruit, the goal every day is to improve and have fun.

Club Philosophy
Our general philosophy is to create a great player and parent experience by providing top level instruction and a safe environment conducive to learning. The key to elite level play is learning fundamentally sound technique at an early age. Every player needs to train with technically sound principles.
We look to be advocates for our coaches and players. The club strives to promote a community of like-minded coaches and players. Both should be provided with the education and tools to succeed. Empowerment and ownership are powerful tools.
The club supports every coach and athlete, whether they are just beginning their volleyball journey or already have years of experience. There is a level for everyone at 1 United.
