Adrian Sosa coaches to instill confidence in athletes and help them realize they are capable of learning a sport they can love for a lifetime. My purpose as a coach is to help athletes grow into disciplined players while still having fun, making memories, and enjoying every step of the journey.

Adrian began his coaching career in 2008, assisting his wife, Celia, with volunteer teams. After taking time away to support his daughters, Lauren and Gaby—both longtime club players, with Gaby now also a 1United coach—he returned to coaching in 2018. I believe the balance of discipline, enjoyment, and personal connection is what keeps athletes engaged and passionate about the game, and Adrian is committed to creating a positive environment where players can grow on and off the court.
