Jessica Langridge emphasizes mutual respect, effort, and growth, both individually and as a team. I strive to elevate and expand my players’ skills while encouraging them to set and achieve both individual and team goals. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in fostering confidence, discipline, and a love for the game.

Jessica is entering her fourth year of club coaching, drawing from nearly 14 years of playing experience. As a player, she competed at the collegiate level for Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at San Antonio as a middle blocker and earned a third-place finish at USAV Nationals in 2015 under Coach June. She continues to stay active, participating in indoor, sand, and grass volleyball tournaments.

In addition to her athletic achievements, Jessica graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2022, earning a Conference-USA Academic Medal and being named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll. I am passionate about sharing my love for volleyball, helping athletes grow their skills, and supporting them in achieving their full potential both on and off the court.
