Coaching Philosophy

June’s philosophy is to emphasize the importance of fundamentals while instilling a strong work ethic and a relentless drive to improve. She prioritizes teaching purpose and passion in the game.

The focus on improvement balances the need for skills training with fun and fast-paced practices. It is critical to foster an environment where players push each other to excel and take ownership of their training process. The goal is to emphasize strategic thinking, adaptability, and teamwork. Recognizing that success on the court requires both individual skill and collective effort.
