Coach Paul has been a head coach for over 7 years. His coaching experience ranges from all age divisions and levels of volleyball. He is dedicated to teaching his players not only strategies and techniques to win on the court but he hopes to have instilled in them principles that will help them be better people off the court.

Paul believes in hard work, but also knows that it is important to have fun while doing it. He has always loved coaching volleyball ever since he started coaching his children when they were very young, which he has come to have a passion for it.

Coach Paul and his wife, Stacy, have two daughters, Tiffany is currently a Junior at UTD and Sydney is a Sophomore at Sachse High School. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis with his wife, jogging, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
