Sydney Ameluxen is passionate about instilling self-confidence in young athletes and helping them fearlessly pursue success. My “why” is to help players believe in themselves and put in the work, because “the magic you’re looking for is in the work you’re avoiding.” She emphasizes effort, skill development, and a positive mindset in every practice and competition.

Sydney began coaching club volleyball at age 18, continued with private lessons through graduate school, and entered the school coaching arena at 24. She is in her fourth year coaching school teams and recently led her 8th-grade A team, Jones MS to an undefeated season.

As a player, Sydney competed for four years at the collegiate level, leading Earlham College and the HCAC with 53 service aces in 2018. I love sharing my passion for volleyball and helping athletes build confidence, skills, and a love for the game that lasts a lifetime.
