Tammy Niemrczyk believes in meeting athletes where they are and helping them grow both on and off the court. I’m here to help players become better volleyball athletes and better people, and she focuses on creating an environment that supports development, confidence, and personal growth.

With 20 years of coaching experience, Tammy brings a deep understanding of athlete development at multiple levels. She spent seven years as a head coach at Sanger High School, leading teams to multiple playoff appearances. Tammy has been with 1United Volleyball for three years and has contributed to the success of numerous club teams, including qualifying multiple teams for postseason play and assisting with a National Championship. Her experience and athlete-centered approach allow her to positively impact players both in competition and in life.
