Back to School Camp I
Tue & Thur 7:00-9:00pm @ Frisco Fieldhouse USA
Players will be getting ready for school tryouts at these camps. We will cover all of the primary volleyball skills of hitting, blocking, setting, defense, and serving. Additionally, we will be doing some strength and conditioning to prepare players for tryouts.
